Frequently Asked Questions
When should I start practising?
Any time during pregnancy. Even a few minutes each day will help you become familiar with the breathing rhythm before labour begins.
When should I use Winner Flow® in labour?

Can my birth partner help?
Absolutely. Your birth partner can encourage you to slow your breathing and remind you to pick up your Winner Flow® whenever you need it.
