A Small and Supportive Workshop
This workshop is limited to a maximum of four couples, giving you time to ask questions and discuss the things that matter to you.
The session takes place in a comfortable studio near Portlaoise, with time for a break, tea, coffee and light refreshments.
No particular type of birth is presented as the “right” way to give birth. The aim is to help you understand your choices and feel more prepared, even if circumstances change.
About Your Midwife The workshop is led by Helen, a registered midwife, massage therapist and mum of three. Through Midwife For You, Helen provides practical education and support to help expectant parents feel informed, listened to and better prepared for birth and early parenthood. The workshop is educational and does not replace individual medical advice or care from your maternity team.
